About Camp Hi-Sierra

Where is Camp?

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and surrounded on all sides by stunning National Forest, it is easy to see why so many consider Camp Hi-Sierra their home away from home. It is no surprise that Hi-Sierra has been providing life changing experiences for 70 years, because of our friendly and knowledgeable staff and unique program offerings.

Historic Logging Community

Camp Hi-Sierra is a Boy Scout summer camp located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, a short distance off Highway 108 near the town of Long Barn, California.  Set in a historical logging camp, Hi-Sierra embraces this living history opportunity by immersing Scouts in a fully themed frontier town.
