Older Youth Adventure Week — Camp Hi-Sierra
June 27 – July 3, 2027

Calling all Scouts ages 13–21 ready for a week unlike any other summer camp session. Older Youth Adventure Week puts you in the driver’s seat, with advanced shooting sports (rifle, shotgun, archery, cowboy action, and more), hands-on rock climbing instruction, and a signature youth-planned excursion to Pinecrest that your crew designs and runs itself.

With a low 3-to-1 instructor ratio, every participant gets real, focused coaching — not just a demo and a turn in line. Progress toward merit badges and rank advancement while you’re at it, since this is a fully provisional program.

Evenings still bring the camp classics: campfires, stargazing at the observatory, black powder shooting, and games with friends. But the days are built for teens who want independence, challenge, and ownership over their own adventure.
